I watched it begin again...

Os preguntaréis qué ha pasado. ¿Donde está Trying to reach the stars? Trying to reach the stars, aunque siga siendo la misma url y yo siga siendo la misma, ha sido reformado para dar paso a Between books and life. ¿Qué diferencias hay entre Trying to reach the stars y Between books and life?

 Trying to reach the stars era un desastre (yo también lo era fuera del blog asi que dentro no podía ser menos) porque quería hacer tantas cosas que me agobiaba y tenía que dejarlo en cuanto tenía cosas de clase que hacer porque no me daba tiempo a todo. Pero BB&L no va a ser así. Me comprometo (con vosotros y conmigo misma) a no querer cargarme con tanto proyectos y centrarme en lo principal. 

Y aquí entra otra diferencia entre Trying to reach the stars y BB&L. En el  blog anterior lo principal eran las reseñas y los pequeños relatos escritos por mi pero el "nuevo" se va a centrar en dos temas: recomendaciones literarias y una sección llamada love yourself.

 Recomendaciones literarias será una sección parecida a reseñas (que subiré los viernes) pero no serán tan extensas como antes. Las reseñas escritas en Trying to reach the stars seguirán estando por allí arriba y las recomendaciones se unirán en la misma pestaña (puede parecer un poco lioso pero cuando veáis la nueva mecánica del blog, todo va a quedar más claro). 

La sección de love yourself (quierete) está enfocada a partir de esta entrada . No quiero contar nada más sobre ella porque puede resultar un poco "raro" explicar el por qué y para qué de esta sección sin verlo en contexto. 

Subiré la recomendación literaria los viernes, la entrada love yourself el martes y los domingos o/y miércoles entradas aleatorias sobre cosas que me apetezca contaros (desde mi opinión sobre un disco, a el nombre de los hijos de mi gata). Las entradas random (aleatorias) no tienen porque ser semanales, dependerán del tiempo que tenga y de si tengo que compartir algo con vosotros o no. 

Otra de las cosas nuevas del blog va a ser el idioma. A partir de ahora las entradas van a estar escritas en inglés y en español (el motivo principal: atraer a más público). Este nuevo cambio me hace mucha ilusión ya que aunque no soy nativa llevo casi toda mi vida estudiando inglés así que me manejo en el idioma con soltura. Y aunque me hace mucha ilusión, también me da mucho miedo porque mi nivel de inglés no es nativo por lo tanto pido perdón por adelantado por los fallos que pueda cometer (que aunque espero que sean pocos, no puedo asegurar que no hayan). 

Para terminar, me he expandido red socialmente (?) hablando y he creado una cuenta de Twitter al blog. Agradecería muchiiiiiiisimo que la siguieseis y que me dieseis un poco de promoción ya que he pasado de mi cuenta personal (donde me promocionaba antes y tenía más de 1800 seguidores) a esta cuenta en la que apenas llego a los 5 (la acabo de crear hace un rato...) Así que bueno, seguid al blog en @sarajeanne. 

La página de Facebook también ha cambiado y ha pasado a ser facebook.com/betweenbooksandlife. El correo electrónico, la cuenta de wattpad... están en la pestaña de contacta, así que no os aburro más con ello.

Hey there! This is so exciting, it's my first post written in English. If you were a follower of the blog before it was called Between books and life you may be wondering what happened with Trying to reach the stars. 

The truth is that Trying to reach the stars was a mess (it couldn't have been any other way, I was a mess too) because I wanted to do a million things at once but I had school stuff too so I started freaking out and I left all my projects and plans behind. But Between books and life is going to be different, I swear it. 

This reformation of the blog is going to have two sections: literary recommendations and love yourself. 

Literary recommendations will be similar to the reviews I wrote in Trying to reach the stars but the posts won't be as long as they were before because I have to write them in English and Spanish weekly. 

The love yourself section won't be explained here because I think that in order to understand it better you need to see the first post. 

I will upload literary recommendations every Friday and love yourself posts will be uploaded on Tuesdays. Apart from these two I may upload on Wednesdays or/and Sundays posts about random stuff that I want to share with you. 

Continuing, the scariest change for me is this one, writing in English. I've been learning English since I was a little girl and I would like to ask you in advance to forgive me for any mistake that I may have in my posts. I'm not a native speaker so I hope that you understand it and you won't be too judgmental
